The International Association of Culinary Professionals has announced its 2018 nominations for best culinary media in the categories of Cookbook, Digital Media, Food Photography, and Food Writing. We are thrilled to announce that this year’s nominees include five of our titles under the Cookbook Awards category:

IACP’s Cookbook Awards are the gold standard among cookbook awards, and have been presented for more than 25 years to promote quality and creativity in writing and publishing, and to expand the public’s awareness of culinary literature. Nominees were announced February 6 at the Hotel 50 Bowery in New York City and will be reviewed by a panel of IACP-appointed judges. Good luck to our finalists!
