YOHANIS GEBREYESUS trained at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon and worked as a chef in California, before returning to Addis Ababa to found his restaurant Antica. He presents a weekly food program on EBS (Ethiopian Broadcasting Service), which has 24 million viewers worldwide.

Peter has spent the last year doing a lot of travelling; he spent two months in the USA shooting the book that accompanies James Martin’s 'American Adventure', and also shot a book in Ethiopia which will be published in October for Kyle Books as well as magazine features in Japan and Cape Verde.

Meantime in the studio he shot the new book for Gunpowder restaurant in London, books for Scandi kitchen, Benito’s hat and for Irish Grande Dame, Darina Allen. He has just finished photographing a fitness and lifestyle book with Olympic Legend Dame Kelly Holmes.
