Norene Gilletz is a freelance food writer, food consultant, cooking teacher, and culinary spokesperson. She is the leading author of kosher cookbooks in Canada and the owner of Gourmania Inc. Norene was inspired to write The Food Processor Bible after seeing just how much food processors have revolutionized cooking. She is also the author of Healthy Helpings and Norene's Healthy Kitchen. She lives in Toronto.
